Beyond Colours - LGBT Helpline Initiative by Rotary Club of Pune Camp **Introduction:** Project Indradhanush, initiated by RCP Camp, aimed to support the LGBT community. In continuation of this endeavor and in recognition of LGBT Pride Month, the "Beyond Colours: Support for Every Shade" initiative was launched on June 2nd. This initiative includes the establishment of an LGBT Helpline to provide essential support and services to the community. **Partnership:** The initiative has received support from several esteemed organizations, including: - Rotary Club Pimpri Elite - Rotary Club Chinchwad Pune - Rotary E Club Pune Diamond - Rotary Club Pune Koregaon Park - Rotary Club of Pune Downtown - Rotary Club of Shivajinagar - Rotary Club of Khadki **Objectives:** The LGBT Helpline aims to provide a wide range of services to the LGBT community, including but not limited to: 1. Parent Counselling 2. Children Counselling 3. HIV testing 4. LGBT Sensitizing 5. Skill Development and Employment Opportunities 6. Entrepreneurship Development 7. Finding Shelter for the Abandoned **Implementation:** The initiative has brought together 10 experts from various fields and garnered support from numerous corporates. These experts will contribute their knowledge and skills to fulfill the objectives of the helpline. **Action Plan:** 1. Establish a reliable helpline service accessible to the LGBT community. 2. Conduct training sessions for helpline operators to ensure sensitivity and effectiveness in handling diverse issues. 3. Collaborate with healthcare facilities to provide HIV testing services. 4. Organize workshops and awareness programs to sensitize the public and workplaces about LGBT issues. 5. Facilitate skill development and employment opportunities through partnerships with businesses and organizations. 6.
